The original energy gel from GU offers tasty, portable energy for Athletes.
- Quickly available energy for intensive training sessions or competitions
- One 32 g gel contains 100 kcal and approx. 21 - 25 g carbohydrates
- Mixed with minerals, caffeine and amino acids (depending on flavor)
- Vegan and gluten free
- Consists of maltodextrin and fructose
The gels are generally a bit more gooey and should be taken with some liquid. These small 32 g energy packs are a practical source of energy and can be accommodated in any pair of running pants or cycling vests.
The mix of simple and complex carbohydrates is designed to help provide you with consistent energy. We recommend taking one to two gels per hour during activity - depending on tolerance.
