Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that you notify us of the return of goods using the contact form and send them to the following address:

These gels are more liquid than the maple syrup that you know from the supermarket (e.g. for waffles). This makes it easy to absorb them and no additional water is required. The maple syrup is obtained from the sap of the tree and boiled down until a syrup with 66% sugar content is left.

Maple syrup consists of both glucose and fructose, with the glucose content being slightly higher. It also contains calcium, riboflavin, manganese, zinc, potassium and other electrolytes. In short, a perfect source of energy for endurance athletes, provided by "Mother Nature".

When we first tested it, we were amazed at how well the gels went down and are absolutely impressed by the taste. Our favorite flavor is Maple and when we need extra electrolytes we prefer Salted Citrus or Salted Cocoa.

About Untapped

UnTapped began on a bike and a pair of skis. Professional cyclist Ted King and the skiing Cochran family were drawn to the natural simplicity of maple syrup and discovered it to be a fantastic energy source for their training and competitions. Founded in late 2013, UnTapped has been producing sports nutrition from maple syrup in the traditional way in Vermont ever since.
