Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that send the products to the following address:

The intake through the vegetarian capsule enables a high bioavailability of the contained electrolytes without leaving a salty taste in the mouth.

Key ingredients:

  • Potassium, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function.
  • Potassium, calcium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • Vitamin D contributes to a normal calcium level in the blood and to a normal function of the immune system.
  • Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal protein synthesis and the reduction of fatigue.

Consumption recommendation:
For long-term efforts, swallow one capsule with a little water at intervals of 30-60 minutes. The content can also be dissolved in liquid. During prolonged physical exertion up to a maximum of 10 capsules daily. We recommend looking at nutrition in endurance sports holistically, i.e. understanding how much electrolytes are taken in total through sports drinks, gels and electrolyte capsules.

As always: Don't try anything new race day. This means salt tablets should also be tested in smaller amounts in hard training sessions that are ideally simulation race day conditions.

Saltstick was founded in 2002 in California by Jonathan Toker, a Ph.D. chemist and professional triathlete.
